yay - i fell asleep! and stayed there. woke up to a headache and more coughing, but hey, at least there was some temporary relief in there. then hobbes was freaking out and getting the midnight crazies in early afternoon, so i snapped a leash on and we went for a kitty walk. just around the building, but that's usually enough stimualtion to get him to shut up for a while. and it seems like it worked. so there's laundry going, and i washed enough dishes to eat curry and drink mango smoothie. i need to do the rest, but urg. just scooping out the cat box was enough effort to get me wheezing.
so, to keep this from being just a whiney, woe is me, post, here are those awesome red flowers (mixed in with blackberry blossoms) that i mentioned earlier, followed by ripening huckleberries:
